We are pleased to announce that our CEO, Daniela Zloch, has been appointed as Portfolio Manager under contract with Capital Systematics Ltd, an FCA-authorised and regulated firm.

Daniela brings over a decade of multi-asset and cross-product experience spanning investment banking, private equity, and venture capital.

Her background includes roles at HSBC and Erste Group, where she worked on transactions across M&A, Leveraged Finance, and Equity Capital Markets. She holds an MBA and an Executive MSc in Finance from London Business School.

Over the past year, Daniela has successfully led via SailWealth the group of Companies through a strategic transformation—from its origins as a investment distribution company into a full-spectrum regulated investment advisory firm, and now into investment management.

Under her leadership, SailWealth has secured regulatory approvals, developed a globally diversified product suite, and built an institutional client base across multiple geographies and asset classes.

This Portfolio Manager appointment marks a natural progression and pivotal next step in SailWealth’s evolution. Daniela will now directly oversee all forthcoming product launches including portfolio composition and construction for the firm’s strategies and institutional mandates.

This move reinforces SailWealth’s vision to deliver sophisticated, institutional-grade investment solutions through a fully compliant framework. All investment products will be advised by SailWealth and distributed by Open Oceans Group to their global network of financial professionals and institutional clients.

The role is managed through an FCA-regulated structure, ensuring transparency, oversight, and alignment with regulatory best practices.
